Ross C. McCutcheon has been the Managing Partner of Maitland & Company since he and Brian Mason established the firm in late 1976. He maintains a diverse solicitor's practice which emphasizes business, real estate and trust law, estate and asset planning and administration. He has served as a director, senior officer or advisor to a wide variety of companies involved in real estate development and construction, high technology, resource development and exploration, recycling, food processing, distribution and sales, forestry and heavy construction, ocean farming and harvesting and several areas within the manufacturing sector. Much of his practice involves international or trans-border issues. Ross has also counseled a number of professionals on firm management and dispute resolution issues.
