Michael Lee Seifert

Michael Seifert is a partner at Maitland & Company and has practiced securities law in Vancouver for more than 25 years. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia (1977) and was called to British Columbia Bar in 1978.

His preferred area of practice is corporate finance and securities law. He has extensive experience advising private and public companies domestically and internationally in various transactions, including public offerings, stock exchange listings, take-over bids, mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, and other corporate combinations of public and private companies.

Michael is an active participant in MSI, maintaining contact with professional firms world wide.
