Nikolaos D. Galanopoulos

Niko Galanopoulos is a securities lawyer admitted to practice in both British Columbia and New York.  He has experience advising on domestic and cross-border business combinations, the continuous disclosure obligations of public companies reporting with the British Columbia Securities Commission and the US Securities & Exchange Commission, stock offerings in Canada and the United States, as well as listings on the TSX, the NYSE and the AIM market of the LSE.
     
He has a particular depth of experience in the mergers and acquisitions arena and in that regard has represented business entities based in Canada, the United States and internationally.  His practice involves advising clients operating in a variety of industries including mineral resource exploration and development, financial services and biotechnology.  Niko represents financial intermediaries, funds, and both private and publicly held corporations.
