Ross C. McCutcheon

Ross C. McCutcheon has been the Managing Partner of Maitland & Company since he and Brian Mason established the firm in late 1976. He maintains a diverse solicitor's practice which emphasizes business, mining, securities, and estate and trust planning, administration and litigation.

He has served as a director, senior officer or advisor to a wide variety of companies involved in real estate development and construction, high technology, resource development and exploration, recycling, food processing, distribution and sales, forestry and heavy construction, ocean farming and harvesting and several areas within the manufacturing sector. Much of his practice involves international or trans-border issues. Ross has also counselled a number of professionals on firm management and dispute resolution issues.

Ross currently serves as a Director, Chairman of the Compensation Committee and committee member on several governance committees for Americas Petrogas, Inc. (BOE(TSX.V), a petroleum and natural gas exploration company with offices in Calgary, Alberta, Argentina, and Peru.
